Intermediates via eVDO

The eVDO intermediates via web services actually worked quite smoothly, and they made air quite a bit. It really was held together with bailing wire and chewing gum, as Bruce told me he was right on the edge of eVDO coverage and his POST updates timed out about 50% of the time.
